Custom glass in Denton.

Local context

The historic neighborhoods around the Denton Square and near the UNT and TWU campuses are full of early-1900s homes where nothing is square — which is exactly the work that rewards a custom shop. We template each panel to the actual opening, scribe to out-of-plumb tile walls, and tune the hinge geometry so a frameless door hangs and latches cleanly in a bathroom that has shifted for a hundred years. On the new-construction side toward Robson Ranch and the southern subdivisions, the jobs are cleaner: standard ⅜″ frameless enclosures and full-width vanity mirrors, measured and fabricated in Carrollton and trucked up I-35.

Denton's rhythm is set by the two universities. Around the UNT and TWU campuses we do a steady stream of rental and small-multifamily glass — replacement shower doors, mirror walls and safety-glass repairs — where the priority is a durable, code-compliant install rather than a showpiece. Downtown, the Square and the surrounding early-1900s homes need the careful custom work: panels templated to walls that have shifted for a century. Out toward Robson Ranch, Rayzor Ranch and the newer southern subdivisions along I-35, the jobs are straightforward modern frameless. Because we fabricate everything in Carrollton and truck it up the interstate, the 23-mile distance doesn't change the price.
